Hi! We’re a married couple (male/female) looking for a clean, quiet, private space for a 3-month stay, from July 24 to mid-October 2026. We do not need a long-term lease — a month-to-month or short-term/90-day arrangement is exactly what we’re looking for. What we’re looking for: Private bedroom with private bathroom (basement apartment/in-law suite ideal) Preferably near Johns Creek, Roswell, Alpharetta or something closer to Midtown Atlnata Budget: $1,000–1,100/month (all-inclusive preferred, but flexible if utilities are separate)

About us: Respectful, quiet, clean, and easy to get along with No pets, no smoking Happy to provide references, ID, or do a background check if needed Looking to move in July 24 and move out by mid-October — flexible on exact end date if needed
