I’m looking for a place to stay for 2-4 months while i’m looking for a permanent place of my own in San Clemente. Mainly to reduce the hotel /Uber costs which mount up. Ideally a male roommate or owner, although i’m not stubborn about it. Just needing a base to do my search and hopefully be close enough to walk or bike to the office.

Me: male, mid-forties, clean, polite & respectful, quiet, love animals (i don’t have pets), FT employed 9am-7pm Monday to Friday, stuff is in storage (no trucks of baggage), out on the weekends looking for houses, then Church for most of Sunday.
