Hi everyone! My name is James, I’m 22, and I’m looking for a housemates (private room) or a lease takeover in Hoboken (or surrounding areas)!

My budget is ideally < $2,000, but I could be flexible. I’m hoping to move in mid August, though I have some flexibility with that as well. I am an incoming PhD student at Stevens Institute in Computer Science.

A little more about me: I’m from California and graduated from UC Santa Cruz about a year ago! I used to be student athlete on the UCSC NCAA Track & Field Team so I like to stay active through pick-up sports, some of my favorites are soccer and basketball but I’m really down for anything active at all. I also like try new restaurants, coffee shops, cook, and spend time with friends, play guitar and jam with people. I enjoy going out, but I’m always down for a night in too! I’d love to live with people I can become friends with and explore Hoboken and the city with.
