I’m a undergraduate student at NYU who values a clean, respectful, and easygoing home. I’m responsible with rent and bills, keep shared spaces tidy, and communicate openly if anything comes up. During the week I’m usually busy with classes, research, and studying, so I appreciate a peaceful living environment but also enjoy getting to know my roommates. I’m considerate of people’s schedules and boundaries, and I’m always happy to pitch in with household chores to keep the apartment comfortable for everyone.
