I’m a responsible, respectful, and reliable tenant who values a clean, quiet, and well-maintained home. I work hard, pay my bills on time, and treat any place I live as if it were my own. I’m easy to get along with, communicate well, and respect other people’s space and schedules. I don’t smoke, I keep common areas tidy, and I believe in being considerate of neighbors and roommates. Overall, I’m looking for a comfortable, long-term place to call home and would be a dependable tenant. I currently stay in a quiet 3BR 2Bath Condo with a gated entrance.
