Hi! I’m Alex, and I’ll be relocating to the Philadelphia area for a new full-time position in finance. I’m looking for a roommate to split a 2-bedroom apartment, ideally somewhere within about a 20-minute commute to Berwyn (Conshohocken, King of Prussia, Ardmore, etc.).

A little about me: I’m pretty Type A when it comes to my living space. I like to keep the apartment clean, organized, and low-stress, and I’m looking for someone who feels the same. I’m not a big partier, and I’d prefer a home that’s more of a place to relax after work than one with frequent late-night gatherings.

Outside of work, I’m a big gym go-er, I enjoy photography, volleyball, making espresso and pour-over coffee at home, and just being around friends. I also have a girlfriend in Philadelphia, so I’ll likely spend many weekends in the city visiting her.

I’m respectful, easy to communicate with, and believe it’s important to be upfront about expectations so everyone enjoys living together. Even though I’m big on cleanliness and such, I’m a pretty easy going person. My friends will tell you I’m just a silly person. I don’t smoke, pay bills on time, and I’m looking for someone who’s similarly responsible and considerate.

One other thing: I’d love to adopt a cat in the future, so I’d ideally like to live with someone who’s pet-friendly.
