My name is Darren, and I’m looking for a quiet, stable room to rent in Modesto. I’m a psychology major at Modesto Junior College, currently in my third semester, and I’m working toward transferring to Stanislaus State. I take school seriously and spend most of my time studying, writing, or keeping to myself.

Financially, I’m stable. I receive $1,253 monthly from SSI, plus FAFSA financial aid during school terms, and I have additional inheritance funds available when needed. I always pay rent on time and can provide proof of income and enrollment. I’m looking for a place where the environment is adult‑oriented, quiet, and without children in the home.

I don’t smoke, I don’t use drugs, and I’m not a partier. I’m simply looking for a peaceful place where I can focus on school, maintain my routine, and build long‑term stability. I’m easy to communicate with, I respect house rules, and I value a clean, drama‑free living situation.
