Im 44 I have 2 children 17yrs and 27yrs so maybe weekends with my 17yr old but could also leave with him for the weekend so its not a big deal. I have a 12 yr old cat so he is a good cat and relaxed, doesn’t like dogs but has been around them. (They dont mess with him je wont mess with them type of cat) im pretty chill. I have my medical marijuana card so I do smoke to help me sleep. Not a heavy smoker. I do smoke cigarettes but never in a house i live in. I do pick up after myself and like to keep a clean house, not very picky but just dont like messes that bugs could move in. Eww im not perfect and I know that no one is. Rather have a female but could room with a male as long as there is no dating. No looking for a man to take care of me, just looking for a roommate if all possible. I own my own cleaning company so I work 3-4 days a week. I have my own car that I make payments on so I have to make sure thats paid as well as rent.
