Hello, my name is Savannah. I am an 18-year-old student relocating to Orlando to dual major in biomedical sciences and psychology at Valencia West.

I am looking for a private room in a clean, quiet, queer or all-women household in the MetroWest/Kirkman area close to a LYNX bus line.

My rent is completely secure through my savings and financial aid. Because of my financial aid structure, I am looking for a flexible, informal month-to-month arrangement rather than a traditional long-term lease.
