I’m an independent, responsible, and easygoing professional looking for a private space to call home—ideally a studio, in-law suite, or private bedroom with its own bathroom. I’m also happy to share a kitchen if one isn’t included.

I previously owned my own home, but I lost it during the flooding from Hurricane Helene in North Carolina. Moving to Colorado gave me the opportunity to start fresh, and I’ve really enjoyed building a new life here.

I work full-time in sales for a real estate property management company, helping people find leased homes, and I have stable employment and a company vehicle. While I hope to own a home again one day, for now I’m choosing a simpler lifestyle—having less and enjoying more.

I’m a non-smoker, quiet, clean, financially responsible, and respectful of others’ privacy and shared spaces. I value a peaceful home environment and believe good communication and consideration make living arrangements work well.

When I’m not working, you’ll usually find me enjoying Colorado’s outdoors, spending time at the recreation center, or exploring everything the area has to offer. I’m looking for a comfortable, peaceful place where everyone respects each other’s space and feels at home.
