Hi, I’m Sako and am looking for a room as my current lease is ending and the landlord wants to return to their home. I’m 28 years old, male, extremely tidy and clean which you can speak to my current roommate to verify. I work as a biology researcher in an institute by UCSD. I work most of the day, even weekends from ~9-7pm. I make dinner around 8 and spend most of the free time either out or in my room. I’m as quiet as a mouse but I don’t mind noisy roommates. I’m looking for a place with in-house laundry especially and people who clean up after themselves as my previous roommates have. I can move in anytime from mid July to the end of July.
