I’m a college student at Los Angeles Harbor College working toward a degree in business/MIS. I also work and support myself financially, so I’m responsible with rent and bills and make sure things are paid on time. I’m respectful, clean, and pretty quiet at home. I mostly focus on school and work, so I keep a steady routine and am not someone who brings a lot of chaos or parties into the home. I understand shared living spaces and always clean up after myself and respect common areas. I’m looking for a stable, safe place to live close to school and work while I finish my degree. I get along well with different kinds of people as long as everyone is respectful and communicates clearly. I’m reliable with rent, easy to communicate with, and I value a peaceful, drama-free living environment.
