I am a very happy smiley sunshine, that’s what people say about me. I am an artist in many fields, paper, beads, sewing and upcyling old furniture and clothing. Hoping to start a small business. The monthly rent could possibly be more, was not able to set a range. Up until I came to America , from Germany about 24 years ago; I have always lived with roommates, in several different settings and styles. Currently I am on disability, after going through many health issues; however, the light at the end of the tunnel keeps on getting bigger! I like a clean and tidy environment in all shared spaces; my bedroom might turn into a messy look, due to having several projects going at the same time. After 24 years, I am getting divorced; no drama, no fights ;) I have 2 children, 18 and 22 of age, the younger one will probably come to visit more often, the older one is moving to California. I’m very straightforward in conversations, sometimes a little too much, working on that. I love being social, also accept if roommates want to be simply roommates. Always glad to help out where needed if I can; used to be a big gardener until I physically wasn’t able. Still love my house plants. I’m fine with pets as long as they’re trained well.
