I’m 66, semi-retired, currently in Berea, Kentucky! I’m a guitarist/bass player, so I’d like to be able to practice/play! My younger sister (she lives in Irvine) put my 88 yr old mom in a nursing home in Lake Forest, last January! So I want to be as close 2 them as possible! I quit smoking, finally, so it doesn’t really matter 2 me about that! Perhaps find a roommate near my age, with like minded appreciation 4 music, another musician perhaps? Male or Female, it’s not a Big deal! 420 friendly, although I’m currently on a “sabbatical” lol, from smoking which was always a negligible amount! I need a furnished room! So basically, I’d be a newbie to the Great State of California, I’ve lived my entire life in Kentucky, from Louisville, KY! College Educated, articulate, learned, etc Thanks 4 listening peeps! 😊✌️🎸🤘
