My name is Clint. I’ll be 56 years old next month. Just got divorced. 25 years of marriage. Ex-wife got most everything. No children, no pets, I don’t smoke, I don’t do drugs. I have a stable job that I’ve been employed with for 36 years. I have reliable transportation. I clean up after myself. I’m quiet, I don’t party and I respect everyone else’s privacy and property. I prefer non smoking roommates or at least smoking roommates that would smoke outside. Just trying to get on my feet and get my life figured out.
