Ivan Sanchez

I am a telecom professional who works for Verizon in Basking Ridge, NJ, on the State, Local, Education and Federal projects. I am also a published author having published two books. Moved to NJ for a relationship and promotion with Verizon. The relationship simply isn’t working out so looking for a living situation for 6 to 12 months while I figure out my next move in life. I am quiet, respectful, empathetic, a neat freak (borderline OCD), and truly care about being considerate about everyone around me. I have 4 adult daughters, a Marine (NC), a University of Alabama student (AL), a GM for Hilton Hotels!(AZ) and a victim advocate for the Suffolk County Courts in Virginia (VA). They are all in different states - So until I decide where I want to live next and secure a transfer from Verizon. I will be here for a while and just looking for a mutually respectful roommate so we can have a peaceful home life. I work from home 3 days a week, go into the office 2 days a week. And I have a 10 year old chocolate Labrador named Buddy who is a sweetheart, and loves good people when he gets to know them, which takes about one interaction and a few treats. House broken and NEVER has accidents. He’s my son!
