I am a 25 year old May 2025 masters graduate of Columbia University and I am searching for a private room (unfurnished) in the NYC metro area as I begin the next chapter of my career as a full-time researcher and prepare to return for my PhD.

I am seeking to move in AUGUST 1 for at least 6 months - 1 year. I am serious about education, health, and fitness. I am extremely clean, value quiet time, respect boundaries, communicate well, and love to meet new people of all types of backgrounds. I am a non-smoker, but am open to pets. I will not likely ever have any guests over.

I will provide proof of income and references if needed. I am open to coming in person to view the property as soon as possible. My goal is to have a deposit paid by July 15th. I look forward to connecting with you!
