Autumn

Hi, I’m Autumn (they/them). I’m an incoming grad student at UR. Looking for a room or to find a place with 1-3 other people. I’m transmasc non-binary and have two cats :) I’m not sure how they would respond to other animals but with a big enough place another cat would likely be fine! They are friendly and warm up to new people quickly.

Preferred move-in is Aug 15 but open to starting a lease Aug 1st. My budget is ~500-700 with utilities. I’d prefer to live either <30 mins walking from the UR river campus or on a good bus line.

About me: I love local music, art, and connecting with local lgbtq+ community. My ideal place is one that is calm but open to social gatherings or hosting occasionally. I value good communication, accountability, and respect between roommates! Not a smoker myself but weed smoke outside/away from the cats is fine.
