I am seeking to rent a furnished room including all utilities for the 2026-2027 school year, Mid-August to the end of May. I will stay during the school week (Sunday evening to Friday afternoon) and return to my house during the weekends, long weekends, and during long breaks. Smoke and drug free, looking for the same. I have 4 dogs of my own (not coming with me), so I am pet friendly. I am a very clean person; I do not like nor create messes. I clean up after myself and respect other’s spaces and property. I do not listen to loud music during quiet times or make tons of noise. I am a working professional entering into a long-term contract with a staffing agency. I would prefer a month-to-month agreement, if possible, in the event my contract was to end early.

About me: Married, straight, female. Christian upbringing but I am non-religious. LGBTQ+ friendly. I enjoy playing tennis, board games, reading, arts and crafts, cooking, doing puzzles, hanging out, and chatting. I love meeting and getting to know new people. In my own space, I enjoy decorating for the holidays. I am a CLEAN person.
