Hey, I’m Isaac. I’m a young professional and work full-time in operations/logistics and keep a steady routine with work, gym, music, and family. I’m an Army veteran, clean, respectful, and responsible with bills. I’m very mindful of my own space and considerate of everyone in the house. I’m Christian, very easygoing, and pretty low-key at home. I know how to stay in my lane and mind my own business. I’m comfortable with cannabis as long as the home stays clean, respectful, and peaceful. I’m not looking for a party house, but I’m easygoing and respectful of others’ choices.

I do have a drum set, but I always ask before playing and only play when the house is empty or everyone is okay with it. I also have muting gear and sound isolation blankets to help reduce noise. If drums are a no-go, I can keep them at another location. Overall, I’m looking for a peaceful place with roommates who communicate well and respect each other’s space.
