Hey Guys,

I’m Colin, I work in Wealth Management for a bank and looking to move possibly to Poway CA to be closer to Family. I have lived on my own in Napa Valley but want to save up funds for a home purchase my budget can go up to 2000 for my share, if need be, so price is not a big issue. I’d like to live in a nice place that is a 2 bedroom and 2 Bathroom so we can both have our own space. I’m very clean and organized and I’m a great interior decorator. I have all the furniture we would need so don’t worry about chipping in extra money for furniture… I got you!

Due to my job I’m extremely extroverted 9-5 then fairly introverted after hours. I’m a big gamer in my spare time..
