I am in my 30’s, on permanent disability. My support dog of 10 years recently went blind, so I am her support animal now. I come with my own furniture - I do not need a furnished space. I smoke marijuana and vape nicotine - no papers or cigarettes. I am allergic to cats and some fragrances. I can cook, bake, and repair electronics. Mostly I sit at my computer or a workbench and do projects to help out community members. I can’t do many stairs, and I need decent HVAC in the house due to my issues. Rent is reliable due to the permanent disability status.
