I have lived with roommates before (in college), so I understand the rules and etiquette rooming with others. I am financially responsible, clean, proactive. I may not be the most talkative, but I’m approachable and very willing to compromise (within reason). There is a chance my family dog may come with me. He is a ~2 y/o goldendoodle who is ~50 pounds. He has been informally trained and does very well, but if he does stay with us, I will be getting him professionally trained.
