Single male looking for a unfurnished basement apartment. I’m a hard working guy, just need my own space until I can land a job with a higher salary. I rarely party and when I do it’s out a hooka lounge or similar environment . I do not smoke, drink occasionally. I drive, so if not street parking, I would need somewhere to park my car. Very neat and clean, borderline OCD. Company occasionally, no big gatherings or company everyday. Depending on the area I’ll be up and off to work by 5:30am. Okay with your pets as long as they are not in my space. I’m allergic to cats. Private entrance would be good, private bathroom a must and kitchenette would also be a plus.
