I’m from Sanford, North Carolina, and I’m relocating because I accepted a new job outside the Charlotte/Concord area. I’m a responsible, respectful, and reliable tenant who keeps my living space clean, pays bills on time, and values a comfortable home.

I’m an outgoing, friendly extrovert who gets along with people from all backgrounds. I respect everyone regardless of race, gender, or sexual orientation, and I’m LGBTQ+ friendly. I believe in treating people with kindness and respect and being a considerate roommate . I’m looking for a place where I can settle in, focus on my new job, and be a dependable long-term tenant. I can be flexible and go a little over that for the right place.
