Hello!

I am looking for a roommate in Boulder. I have some places in mind, but I am open to finding a place with someone as well. Looking to move end of July.

I recently got my master’s degree at CU, and I’m currently working towards an actuarial certification while also working part-time. I’m pretty easygoing; I’m fine with both hanging out and keeping to myself. I have a wide range of hobbies, not limited to: baking, card games, climbing, hiking, and music.

I would like cleanliness in shared spaces, but I don’t mind slight untidiness in personal spaces. I’m not a partier, and I would prefer quietness at night. I do not smoke tobacco, and would like a non-smoking roommate (cannabis is fine). I’d prefer no cats or dogs since I am somewhat allergic. I am LGBTQ+, so having a LGBTQ+ -friendly roommate is a must!
