Hi everyone! I’m looking for a private bedroom and private bathroom (1B1B) in a 2B2B or 3B3B apartment near UCLA, starting in early August (I’m flexible with the move-in date).

I’m an incoming LL.M. student at UCLA School of Law from Spain. I’m 31 years old and have been working as an entertainment and intellectual property lawyer for the past eight years before deciding to pursue my LL.M. at UCLA.

I’m clean, respectful, easygoing, and enjoy having a friendly relationship with my roommates while also respecting everyone’s privacy. Outside of school, I like going to the gym, skiing, watching films, visiting museums, reading literature, and exploring Los Angeles.

My budget is flexible depending on the apartment, and I’m looking for a place within walking distance of campus or with an easy commute.
