Hey all! I’m Phil, a 25yo born and raised in Washington DC, currently living in Seattle. I’m looking for a private room or roommates in the South Bay to move into/with at the end of Aug/early September.

I love to travel and explore new places. I’ve only lived on the west coast for a year and I’ve never been to LA before, but excited to experience the beach life soon! I’m quite a city boy, but come from a very outdoorsy family so it would be great to find hiking buddies as roomies.

I’m fluent in Mandarin and love exploring different cultures, cuisines, music etc. Also love to go to the gym with my friends so roommates that like to lift would def be a plus. Love to cook as well and am quite a foodie.

I’ll be working in Manhattan Beach so ideally looking for a place in Redondo, Hermosa, or Manhattan Beach areas. I am open to other places but would like to be close as I can be to my future office (near the beach is a plus). I don’t plan on getting a car for the first few months so being within biking distance to Manhattan Beach is quite important for me.

My budget is anywhere between $1400-2100/month, but willing to be flexible depending on the living situation. I’m super tidy and always willing to pitch in to keep the living space clean. Roommates in my age range is preferable, but not a deal breaker! Queer/queer friendly roommates is a plus!
