Hello!! My names Erika, I’m a Cal Poly Pomona student. I’m okay with Subletting and am open to both short and long term leases. I would prefer all female roommates but am willing to make exceptions. I do have a car, and i’m willing to pay extra for parking. I have my own furniture and am happy to contribute to common area spaces but if the room is fully furnished I am able to leave it behind too. I’m a clean individual who loves to cook and bake. I don’t mind house noise, I’m a heavy sleeper. I don’t have pets and am allergic to animals. I’m a bartender and love meeting new people so I’d love to have roommates that would be down to grab coffee and hangout!
