Quiet, respectful tenant with a full time job from 8am-4pm M-F. I pay rent on time every month, don’t party, clean often, and will rarely have people over other than my girlfriend. Trying to save money to get a private pilot’s license. I don’t have a car, so I get around in an electric scooter; looking for a place close by North Perry Airport so I can get to work easily. My current landlord enters my room without notice and threatens to charge me for AC if I set it below 76, so I’m trying to find a place where I feel more at peace and comfortable. I am easy to communicate with and open to meet!
