I am applying by myself and would be the only person living in the room. I am a full-time higher education professional looking for a quiet, respectful, and stable place to stay while working in the area. I am clean, responsible, non-smoking, and mindful of shared spaces. I keep a consistent schedule, communicate clearly, and respect privacy and household expectations. I am friendly and easy to live with, but I also value a calm home environment where everyone has their own space.
