My boyfriend and I are moving to New York and are currently in the process of finding an apartment. We are tidy and have one (hypoallergenic) dog and one cat - both of which are very calm. We are easy-going and reliable. He will be receiving a sizeable (~$5k) housing stipend each month from the VA and I will be receiving a regular salary. We are both men, so our roommate would need to be accepting of us as a couple / not antagonistic about it.
