I am mature, quiet, and friendly. I’m a hard worker and reliably employed. I respect boundaries and privacy. Generally keep to myself, I don’t often have guests but when I do its usually just my adult daughter, infrequently. I pay my rent on time every month, and am independent but open to getting to know my roommate(s). I don’t have pets but don’t mind them. I am clean and tidy myself, and do my part in keeping shared and personal spaces neat. Good communication, sense of humor, have my own transportation. No drama.
