I’m a respectful, responsible, and easygoing tenant who takes pride in keeping my living space clean and well maintained. I value a quiet, comfortable home, communicate openly, and treat the place I live as if it were my own. I have a stable job, pay my bills on time, and am currently a graduate student at OSU-CHS. I’m considerate of my neighbors, keep shared spaces tidy, and appreciate a peaceful living environment.
