Hi I’m Paul. I am a nurse that is planning on moving to the DMV area in early September for a new job and to be closer to my significant other. I will be working alternating day and night 12 hour shifts, and when on night shifts typically keep a nighttime awake cycle. I’ve found a possible future 2 room apartment in North Bethesda, and I am looking to split with someone. Split looks like it would $1,200 - 1,400 per month depending on utilities. I would love to meet or talk to anyone interested just to know them better prior to moving in together. I like to think I’m a pretty clean person. I’ve had issues in the past with an un-tidy roommate, like leaving food out unattended, letting dishes stack up, or avoiding cleaning/household chores in general. More concerned about it for my cat Fuji’s well-being than myself. I like to split household duties equally when possible like washing dishes, taking out trash, that kind of stuff. I would prefer someone that is cat-friendly or has a cat of their own. I am pretty good at keeping any areas my cat uses like their litter box tidy. Bottom line, I try to be respectful of common areas, and courteous of others. Non-smoker/drinker (except wine very occasionally). In my spare time I like working out, playing video games, and building models.
