Hey! I’m Aryan, a 22-year-old recent SDSU grad starting my next chapter in San Diego. I’m clean, respectful, and easygoing — the kind of roommate who keeps shared spaces tidy and communicates well. I’m into fitness and go to the gym regularly, so I keep a pretty active, healthy routine. I’m social and enjoy hanging out, but I also respect everyone’s privacy and downtime. I have one cat who’s litter-trained, low-maintenance, and great with people — no issues with noise or damage. I also have my own car, so I’m easy on parking needs and can get around without relying on roommates. I’m looking for a place from August through December and would love to find a roommate (or house) with a similar vibe — friendly, considerate, and reliable when it comes to rent and keeping the home in good shape.
