My partner and I are looking for a room or small apartment in the Steubenville/Wintersville area. We recently relocated from California and have completely fallen in love with this community and its people, and we are eager to make it our long-term home. We are full-time DoorDash delivery drivers, working steady 8 to 10-hour days outside the house. This provides us with a reliable, consistent daily income. We have no pets and mostly keep to ourselves We are clean, quiet, and highly respectful of privacy and house rules. We would prefer a private bathroom but are entirely open to a shared one. Having utilities included is highly preferred.

Because of our sudden relocation, we are looking for a landlord open to a flexible arrangement regarding the move-in costs.

We are hoping to find someone who will allow us to pay toward the required first month’s rent and security deposit in steady weekly installments until the full move-in amount is reached.
