Hi, I’m Zachary. I’m 31 and work remotely as a software/platform engineer. I have a B.S. in Computer Science and am planning a move to Philadelphia while I evaluate longer-term housing.

I’m looking for a furnished private room, ideally with a private or low-traffic bathroom, reliable Wi-Fi, and written rental terms. My preferred move-in window is around August 6-15, but I can be flexible for the right place.

As a housemate, I’m quiet, clean, respectful, and routine-oriented. I do not smoke, do not have pets, and I am not looking for a party house. I work from home during the day, so I care about a calm environment, clear expectations, and dependable internet.
