I live a pretty quiet lifestyle. I work M-F during the day and am off Sat/Sun. I play ukulele but, I’m not a loud person to live with. I need a lot of downtime, so I’m often in bed resting. I’d like to share a home with someone who is clean, shares the chores, and does not live a “partying” lifestyle. I am respectful of others and their space, and I expect the same. I would prefer a female roommate, aged 40 and up. I would also prefer an unfurnished room, as I’d like to bring my own furniture. Specifically, I would like to share a house with another female, rather than only renting a room. I would like to live in Sun City Summerlin if possible. I also prefer my age range (mid to late 50s), but that’s not mandatory.
