34 yo transfem healthcare worker looking to rent a room or potentially start a new lease on a 2-br apartment if anyone else is looking for a roommate. would prefer west oly but am open to oly/lacey/tumwater. my current lease ends august 1st, and i would like to start renting around July 16th. budget is ideally <$1000 for my part of rent.

i’ve been told i’m very sweet and polite, and i tend to be out more than at home. i’m very tidy with my dishes and belongings. i work 12-hour days M/T/W. i do not have pets and am cat-friendly but allergic to dogs. saturated solo poly. i love music and movies, enjoy longboarding and making videos with my microscope. i used to be an electrical engineer and am a little nerdy with it. i have a couch, dining table, and TV if you need them but will put them in storage otherwise. i also have a car.
