Hi there, my name is Lia. I’m an ultrasound tech student about to start my clinical externship in the Elk Grove/Sacramento area. I’m looking for a private room to stay in August-December during the week while I complete my semester, preferably within a 30-minute drive of Elk Grove.

I would be staying in the area 4-5 days a week and working for most of the day. The rest of the time I will be quietly studying. I’ll be going back home to the Bay Area on the weekends.

I’m quiet, tidy, and respectful. I am a non-smoker and love animals, so I’m happy to share a space with your pets (I have two cats at home, but they will not be coming with me).
