A little bit about me, I grew up in San Diego and moved back last year after college. I’m currently living with my parents and would prefer to have my own place. I am a tidy person and enjoy living in tidy spaces, but I can tolerate a bit of clutter if that is how you operate. I’m looking for a nice, affordable place in a central location where I can walk to most of the things I need. I do have a car so I will need a parking space. I’m looking for a shorter term lease, 6 months or less, with an option to renew at the end of that period.
