I’m a non-smoker, productive but quiet at home with a robust social life outside of it. Extremely clean when it comes to hygiene and living spaces. Can provide landlord/roommate references if needed.

Per my employer, I require a dedicated quiet space (my room) and the ability to hardwire an ethernet cable from my work laptop into a router or extender, so I’d need my potential landlord/roommate to be comfortable with me connecting a wireless extender to their router.

When I’m not working, I’m most likely walking/running, at the gym, reading, volunteering, cooking, hanging out with friends or gaming on my PS5. I love playing chess and almost all sports as well.

I’m an open minded individual with acquaintances from all walks of life. I’m very tolerant of the politics, religion, sexual orientation and gender identity of others, and get along best with people who are the same.
