I am in my dissertation phase of my PhD journey–I had not intended to move in the middle of it but have no choice. I need someplace quiet and clean with minimal distractions so that I can write. I am considerate and kind and accepting of all people–that being said, I will work better being just around women. No pets, but absolutely love other people’s pets–we can work something out for pet-sitting if my host travels. I would love a kindred spirit where this could be for a while.
