Hello! Moving to Chicago in August/September looking to find a situation for me and one cat. I work as a graphic designer and illustrator WFH, but I will find an in person position in Chicago. I’ve been called friendly and considerate, and open communication/confrontation is a priority for me for any cohabitation! I am also prioritizing a place near public transit!

I love learning, discussing art/history/anthropology, sci-fi media, games, interior design/architecture, and being able to travel. Although I’m not a big drinker, one of my favorite activities is having a little cocktail over fun conversation with friends or new people!

I’m looking for someone who’s considerate, clean, and wants a space that feels comfortable to come home to I’m a people person, but if you prefer to keep to yourself I will absolutely respect your privacy and space.

Some caveats: I do have a cat (8yrs) and while he Loves people, other cats/dogs can stress him out so him being a solo cat is preferred(can possibly be negotiated depending on your pets personality). I would also prefer that if you are regularly smoking weed, to not do it in shared spaces (Vapes are fine, my main issue is smell!)
