Well-reserved and stick to myself. Have pretty high hygiene standards and do chores every weekend. I stay smoke-free and am usually pretty quiet. I work a standard 8AM - 5PM job, the rest of my day is up in the air most of the time. Just looking to split a townhome/2-3 bed apartment with someone, can cover more on the budget if needed.

I dont have any allergies or anything like that, I am pretty standard. I do produce music but don’t have any speakers or subs or anything like that, I just stick to headphones.
