I’m an easygoing, respectful, and dependable roommate who values a clean, comfortable, and low-drama home. I believe good communication and consideration go a long way, so I clean up after myself, pay bills on time, and respect shared spaces and quiet hours.

I work remotely full-time in marketing, so my schedule is pretty consistent. Outside of work, I stay active playing sports, hiking, traveling, and spending time with friends. At home, though, I love a cozy atmosphere - whether that’s cooking dinner, watching tv, reading, or just relaxing after a busy day. I’m happy to hang out with roommates, but I also respect everyone’s independence and personal space.

I have a friendly, well-trained dog called Summit who is a registered service animal and a big part of my life. He’s great with other dogs, and even with cats, so open to living with other animals and would love a home with a yard where he can enjoy some time outside.

I’m LGBTQ+ friendly, 420 friendly, and looking for one or more laid-back roommates who value kindness, open communication, and mutual respect. My ideal home is one that’s equal parts cozy and active - a place where everyone feels comfortable doing their own thing, but also enjoys the occasional conversation, shared meal, or adventure.
