Hi! I’m Katie. 😊 I’m a waitress and soon to be returning college student. I’m clean, respectful, easygoing, and easy to live with. I have no pets, no kids, and I don’t smoke.

When I’m not working, you’ll usually find me surfing, hiking, or enjoying the outdoors. I’m open to long term or short term housing and am flexible with my move in date, though the end of July would be ideal.
