My name is Alex and I am currently seeking housing in Nevada City, Grass Valley. I am interested in a stable, long-term arrangement, such as a room rental, studio, or small apartment.

I work full time at Weiss Brothers Nursery in Grass Valley. I do not currently have a car, so I am particularly interested in housing located close to my workplace or in an area with convenient access to public transportation or bike routes.

I am a reliable and considerate tenant who values cleanliness, quiet surroundings, and clear communication. I am also an animal lover and I am handy. I can help with maintenance, landscaping or other tasks. I can provide local references.
