Jazmin Galvez

My name is Jazmin Galvez and I am an incoming first year MFA student at Columbia School of the Arts, where I will be studying Poetry. I am so excited to be moving to the city to study writing! I am looking to secure housing for my first year of graduate school. I plan to mostly use the apartment for studying, cooking, and sleeping and do not foresee having many guests as I will be incredibly busy balancing full time school and work as a waitress. My ideal living situation is female-only and ideally fellow students or young artists or professionals, but I am open to other options. I would describe myself as a tidy person on the day-to-day who likes to do a full house reset once a week/two weeks. I love music, writing and reading poetry, live theater, and a good craft night!
